Abstract
The Roman town of Albaladejo (Ciudad Real) has provided an interesting set of musicians. The Higher School of Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Assets of Madrid, has carried out the extraction in situ and the first treatments.
During two campaigns, supports have been produced for this group. The last campaign provided a part of the assembly with a rigid support that can be compatible both for relocation in situ and for storage and display. We also study the composition of the support: bed layer and base layer, as well as a history of the supports applied to the tessellated tapestry.
