Abstract
After a brief introduction to the characteristics and uses of shaped glued laminated wood (MLEC), this article proposes its application to paint restoration treatments on board. To do this, a new system developed at the Madrid Conservation and Restoration School is explained with MLEC crossbars adapted to the curvature of the panels, and anchored with elastic fixings using screws and Neoprene gaskets.
