Abstract

In 1980 work began to restore the vault of the Sistine Chapel. Since this date, the famous Michelangelo work has become the focus of locals and strangers to the art world. Not in vain is it one of those works that are part of the artistic mythology of our history, well seasoned by the literary endorsement of all the Renaissance scholars that have been in the world.
