Abstract
With the presentation of this article we want to make a review of the intervention carried out by the IPHE (Spanish Historical Heritage Institute) on the paintings "torn" from the vault of the hermitage of San Baudelio de Berlanga (Soria). whose objective was the search for an alternative method to the traditional technique of transferring wall paintings. The result has been the recovery of an interesting pictorial group, unknown to many, which will soon be seen in the same place for which it was painted, at the beginning of the 12th century, in the so-called "palm tree vault".
