Abstract
Last 2004, the Editorial Service of the University of the Basque Country published the text "Conservation and restoration of graphic work, books and documents" by Doña Dolores Rodríguez Laso, professor at the Department of Painting of said university, with 161 pages and ISBN 84-8373-684-5.
Until now, the reference manual in Spanish used by the vast majority of promotions of students of the specialty conservation and restoration of graphic documents in Spain, has been the text by Carmen Crespo and Vicente Viñas “The Preservation and restoration of documents and paper books: A study of the RAMP with guidelines ”(PGI-84 / WS / 25), published in 1984, in Paris, by the General Information Program and UNI SIT of the United Nations Educational Organization, the Science and Culture. The 109-page paperback volume has been translated into French, English, Arabic and Russian1 and has been widely distributed free of charge by UNESCO
