About Criteria

Abstract

One thinks from time to time, about those who manage or have opinions about the prevailing criteria in restoration-conservation of Cultural Assets. If the Cultural asset is a house, the architect thinks; if it is a ceramic, the specialist on the subject thinks, if it is a book, never the reader. The growing separation between the one who enjoys or learns the object and the one who manipulates it can become desperate in a separating society, ultimately an intermediary between the personal and the social.
