Essay on color

Abstract

Although not many are lucky enough to experience synesthesia, Kan dinsky probably does. And it is that synesthesia makes the sensations live much more intense by relating them to the sensations of other senses at the same time. This is how Kan Dinsky painted many of his paintings, seeing in color the impressions caused by musical sounds. For him it was not an impediment to start his artistic development “late”, at the age of 30, because it was what he most wanted and, above all, he needed. His "improvisations" and "compositions" among other paintings, had color as their main element, regardless of the form. Little by little, this abstraction led to Kandinsky being considered today as the creator of abstract painting.
