Abstract
A heap of chalcopyrite, which rested in the bosom of the earth since time immemorial, is separated from the seam by a stone hammer wielded between lashes by a Libyan slave. After being transported in a carrycot, it is crushed with iron maces, washed and sieved and after several calendars, it appears in Saguntum, Ass for the Iberians in Alco's workshop, an Iberian-Roman bronzer, located in the suburbs.
